Top 10 Enterprise Technology Events US 2023
Whether you’re looking for enterprise technology events as a buyer, admin, or just a curious onlooker, the market for high-quality content, speakers, and access is chock full of great places to see and be seen.
While we may think of Silicon Valley as the place for emerging technology, there are tech events across the country providing value for enterprises.
Here are our top 10 enterprise technology events happening in the US this year.
1 - UCX USA
When: September 13-14, 2023
Where: The Fairmont, Austin
Following years of success in London, England, UC Expo is coming to Austin in September 2023.
As well as taking what we’ve learned from hosting Europe’s biggest unified communications event, we’re making sure UCX USA sets the standard for the future.
Yes, there will be leading vendors showcasing their latest technology. Yes, you can get hands-on demos and good coffee.
But where we’re applying the most focus is being connections-first.
That means we’re pairing up vendors with buyers, IT managers with other IT managers, and analysts with CIOs.
If you’ve got a burning question for one of our speakers, we’re giving you the platform to do so.
UCX USA provides a platform for branded manufacturers, business leaders, startups, tech companies, investors, media, and analysts to learn, network, collaborate, and evolve.
UCX USA will bring together companies, customers, and decision-makers for peer-to-peer networking and intimate connections-based events.
And we can’t wait.
2 - Gartner CIO Leadership Forum
When: February 27 – 28
Where: JW Marriott Desert Ridge, Phoenix
Gartner hosts tons of events throughout the year but we’ve selected its CIO Leadership Forum as the standout.
More intimate than its larger Symposium events, an exclusive community of CIOs come together to discuss and learn how to stay one step ahead of the game when it comes to disruptive technology.
If you choose to do so, you can book one-to-one meetings with Gartner experts, network with peer-level CIOs, and take in keynotes from Gartner or guest speakers.
This year’s conference theme is “Amplify Your Impact”. Something on top of every CIOs agenda.
3 - SXSW 2023
When: March 10-19
Sticking with the Austin theme, SXSW (short for South By SouthWest) is the place to be seen in March.
Enterprises, startups, and solo founders come from all over the world to showcase their technology and ideas. Tracks for 2023 include climate change, psychedelics, and mixed reality, as well as more traditional exhibitions like the Creative Industries Expo.
Featured speakers include:

IBM positions its Think conference as “Your roadmap to innovation”. And we think that’s something that should be on everyone’s agenda.
IBM splits this conference into four main areas:
Vision: presented by thought leaders
Demonstrations: from the people designing the products
Immersion: where you can take in interactive experiences
Collaboration: where get hands-on with products and meet partners and IBM experts
The conference begins on May 8th with an invite-only session for IBM partners. If you’re lucky enough to get such an invitation, we say snap it up.
6 - AI & Big Data Expo
When: 17-18 May
Where: Santa Clara Convention Center, CA
Whether you’re a fan or a skeptic, AI is already playing a huge part in enterprise technology. And it pays to know exactly what’s going on and how you can be using (or avoiding) different elements of AI.
The larger conversation is around big data. What do we do with all the information we collect and how can it impact our business decisions? These are exactly the questions that AI & Big Data aims to answer.
Featuring track sponsors like hightouch and SnorkeJ and with over 250 confirmed speakers, this is the place to be for AI & big data in North America.

8 - Dreamforce
When: September 12–14
Where: San Francisco
Dreamforce is the annual conference run by Salesforce, the world’s leading CRM and sales management provider.
Expect product and partner announcements from Salesforce, but also expect to hear from other companies that have been acquired under their umbrella.
The likes of Slack, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Quip are all major acquisitions still feeding into the Salesforce ecosystem.
It’s also rather a spectacle at Dreamforce. Less corporate, more color
9 - Mobile World Congress
When: September 26-28
Where: Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas
Perhaps the biggest global connectivity event hosted its inaugural US edition in 2022 and is set to return to the bright lights of Las Vegas in September 2023.
Replicating its success in Barcelona, MWC (Mobile World Congress) aims to unlock the full power of connectivity so that people, industry, and society thrive.
Confirmed event partners already include:
Palo Alto Networks
Amazon Web Services
The Great Indoors podcast will be recorded live in the West Hall and there’s a chance to check out Industry City where you can see how FinTech, Manufacturing, and the Smart Mobility industries are leading in connected technology
10 - Microsoft Ignite
When: November 15-16, 2023
Where: Seattle Convention Center, Seattle
Microsoft has changed the enterprise collaboration game with Teams. And that’s just touching the surface of what’s on offer at Ignite this year.
Microsoft Ignite covers all parts of the Microsoft stack, including collaboration and AI but also things like SharePoint and Azure.
Make sure you plan your agenda carefully to take in the right unified communications sessions at the right time. There’s a lot to take in and it’s easy to get lost!
Satya Nadella’s opening keynote is never one to be missed and usually includes all the major Microsoft announcements. But there’s real value in the smaller breakout sessions dotted around the venue, too.
So there are our 10 favorite enterprise technology events we’re looking forward to.
Will we see you at UCX USA in Austin?
