The Exchange at UCX USA
Join IT, AV, Contact Center, and CX leaders in an open meeting format designed to connect, collaborate, and share experiences. During introductions, each participant will have a chance to share their journey, expertise, and discuss their challenges and needs.
Facilitators identify the top four topics the group would like to further explore. These topics are then covered in two rounds of small group breakout discussions guided by facilitators, allowing attendees to explore key topics and exchange insights. Grab a snack during breaks and continue engaging conversations throughout the event.
INTRODUCTIONS
1:00 PM – 2:15 PM
Each participant will have an opportunity to share their story including who they are, how they got into the business, what they offer and what they need.
Introductions are important and they set a comfort level for participants as you prepare for an afternoon of peer-exchange conversations.
BREAK
2:15 PM – 2:30 PM
Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and refuel on coffee and water.
SMALL GROUP BREAKOUT DISCUSSIONS - ROUND 1
2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Four concurrent breakout discussions occur in the same room based on the four leading topics identified by participants in advance through the survey/RSVP.
Choose any discussion to join, or feel free to move around to all discussions. After discussions, facilitators will share what they learned with the full group.
