It is with great disappointment that we announce that UCX USA, scheduled for September 13-14, 2023, at Fairmount Austin in Austin, TX has been paused. We value you and the relationships made and pride ourselves on delivering experiences to the highest standards. In the current landscape and market conditions, we feel the timing is not right to deliver the vision we have in mind this year.
Our goal is to deliver a world class, peer-to-peer leadership meeting for IT, Communications and Customer Experience professionals who will co-create the future of work and customer contact, post pandemic. However, with job cuts, economic uncertainty, and immense pressure on people’s time, it was proving impossible to reach the scale necessary to hold the event. We appreciate the support, enthusiasm, and commitment of time from our participants, partners, sponsors, and speakers and therefore pausing the event is the most responsible course of action for now.
This decision has not been made lightly, as we were eagerly looking forward to hosting this event in Austin. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause to all individuals who have expressed interest in participating in UCX USA.
